Michael will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. We will never forget his jovial good nature, his infectious laugh and, of course, his cooking: "Too much garlic is NEVER enough!".

The world is an emptier place without this precious man. His presence, his friendship was so dear. He made anywhere he was a better place. We were privileged to know him, to call him friend. His laughter changed our lives. Rest well sweet friend.

My Godfather Mikey was always larger than life! You could hear him coming a mile away (probably because he was singing some opera song at the top of his lungs). He was kind, loving and generous. I will never forget when I stayed with Mikey, Triona and Raf in 2016 for a couple of weeks and I had an absolute ball. We saw NYC, went out and tried lots of food. I'll always remember how he loudly (and jokingly) threatened to disown me when I told him that I didn't think the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich I tried was worth the hype. Mikey always made me laugh. He was loved and he will be missed.
