I’ve had a lot of classes with Alex and moments at lunch just hanging out with him and everyone at Xavier. The one thing I’ll always remember is that he’s always never failed to make everyone laugh being himself. That’s something I’ll always remember. I’m very sorry for your loss. He will always be remembered.

Over our 22 years of friendship, Alex always treated me like family. He was a brother to me and was always an uplifting and positive influence. Even in the worst of times, he would always find the silver lining or the humor in things. I’ll always carry that forward along with the countless experiences I had with him. My deepest condolences to Denis and Sonia. Your son was a blessing. Thank you for all the years of putting up with our foolery as kids to supporting us throughout our adulthood. Your home was always somewhere our friends would reconnect and where I had some of the happiest times of my life. Alex was an artist and his legacy won’t only be brought forward through the pieces he created but through all the people he influenced. Sonia, Denis,
I can hardly describe the heaviness in my heart. Alex is one of my best friends who has been with me for as far back as I can remember. The joy, love, empathy, and beautiful works of art that he bought to the world is something special and will sorely be missed. Alex is in many way the brother I never had. Alex is one of the friends I’ve known the longest. Since only a few years old. He was the nicest guy a person could know. We had our ups and downs as people do but I will never forget the many memories I have with him and no matter what he’d be nothing but kind to me. He was always willing to come to any thing I invited to. He would always go to every mets game or free movie I had tickets too, I so very appreciated him for that and will miss his company greatly. He gave me a love of music and concerts. He was the most talented artist I knew. I appreciate his paintings and will cherish the one I have forever! He helped me be a better person and will always cherish his friendship. I miss all the times we had and can no longer but I will make sure his memory will never be forgotten, his silliness, his love of music and beer, and his genuine good nature. A terrible loss to all. My deepest condolences to Dennis and Sonia, I appreciate you both putting up with our childish nonsense those many years ago. Thank you for your son, he is in all our hearts.
