Jennifer is my niece and I have a fond memory of the two of us sharing struggles and intimacy during her teen years. She was a kind and generous soul so when she sent me a white teddy bear with a pink sash that read, "I love you Aunt Eileen", I was not surprised yet also overjoyed. The teddy bear sat on my bed as a decorative touch for many years.
I am in awe of Jennifer's intelligence, courage and strength as she achieved so much in her young life. Attending both Fordham University and the University of Scranton, and also receiving a degree in Integrative Nutrition while pursuing her interest in alternative health. Jennifer's facebook page was often filled with healthy and delicious meals which she prepared daily and shared on facebook for all to see.
Jennifer was a fun loving individual whose intelligence and wit was clear to all those around her. Her inner beauty was not of this world. Her outer beauty included porcelain skin and crystal blue eyes, the likes of which I have never seen on another person. My social media posts and texts are now signed with a blue heart in memory of dear Jennifer's warm blue eyes and open heart which she shared with everyone around her.
Jen, while you have left this earthly life, your light will shine bright always and forever! Aunt Eileen xo

Jennifer was my niece. I was deeply moved by the heartfelt testimony from Jennifer’s father and sister at the funeral. I could feel the depth of grief for the loss of a soul so deep. Regrettably, I did not see much of Jennifer over the years. I do have a memory of my wife and I taking Jennifer and her grandfather, my dad, to see “Tuesday’s With Morrie” in the lower level of The Cornelia Street Cafe. It was a special night. Morrie was a brilliant character brimming with intellectual candor and strength and fragility. And as with all human beings, he had reached his place of struggle and suffering. We will Always miss Jennifer. May perpetual Light shine upon her.

Jennifer had the brightest eyes. Jennifer had a quick sharp wit and was very sweet. The struggles are over. May you rest in peace for all eternity and may God find the grace to give your family comfort. You removed a lot of loneliness.

Jennifer was always an upbeat kind gentle soul. She would talk with her new york accent from time to time and it was so hilarious! She will be missed. Rip Jen

I attended mass ... and realized after my prayers was a funeral. I feel so blessed to be among your presence. I was deeply touched by your dad and your sister eulogy. Jennifer, you’re so loved 4ever.
I will keep your mom, dad and your sister in my prayers. I was able to give your sister my condolences. I told her on your behalf “ You’ve an angel looking down on u and your family”.
I felt the need to make these words heard and give her sister these words of comfort, as if I knew Jennifer is telling me to say these words to her sister.
Indeed, an angel did enter heaven Is now a lovelier place!
Don’t cry no more, she’s Jennifer an angel.

Jennifer was a friend of mine in college in Scranton. She was a beautiful soul who could light up a room. May she rest in peace now that her struggle is over.
